Create your own tiny yet high-density arrangement of smart LEDs using our NeoPixel strip and pixels, which utilize the same integrated LED type. This incredibly small RGB LED, measuring 1.1mm x 1.1mm, is specifically designed for surface-mount soldering and provides a compact solution for integrating multiple bright LEDs into any design. These LEDs are remarkably small - typically, you'll find 20x larger 5050 LEDs or 10x larger 'mini' NeoPixels in the market.

The LED contains a built-in driver chip with a steady 5 mA current drive, ensuring consistent color even with fluctuating voltage and no need for external resistors. Simply power each LED with 5 VDC and enjoy optimal performance. For a slightly less bright but still functional option, try powering with 3.3V.

Please note that these LEDs are not intended to be hand-soldered due to their small size and the location of the pads underneath. For hand-soldering options, we recommend considering our 5050 sized NeoPixel bare LEDs or through-hole NeoPixel LEDs.
